Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 July 2026

We care about your privacy and only process the data we genuinely need. Below we explain in plain language what data we collect on fotoroko.pl, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is FOTOROKO Daniel Stokowiec, based in Szczecin, Poland. For any matters related to data protection, you can contact us by e-mail at kontakt@fotoroko.pl or by phone at +48 504 744 423.

Scope and Purpose of Data Processing

We collect personal data only when you provide it yourself — via the contact form on our website. The form includes:

  • your name,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number (optional),
  • the content of your message.

We use this data for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry. Messages from the form are delivered directly to our e-mail inbox. We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

Legal Basis

We process contact form data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox before sending a message (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We also rely on our legitimate interest, i.e. the ability to respond to your inquiry and conduct correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we will not be able to reply to your message.

Retention Period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up correspondence. After the matter is closed, correspondence may be retained for the period needed to establish or defend against potential legal claims. If you withdraw your consent or object to processing, we will delete your data unless another legal basis requires us to keep it.

Data Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Only entities that help us technically operate the website may have access to data:

  • home.pl S.A. — a Polish hosting provider whose servers run our website and e-mail (a data processor acting on our behalf),
  • Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. — the website uses Google Fonts loaded from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). When the fonts load, your IP address is transmitted to Google. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:

  • the right to access your data and obtain a copy of it,
  • the right to rectification (correction) of your data,
  • the right to erasure,
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to object to processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).

To exercise any of these rights, simply write to kontakt@fotoroko.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.

Cookies and localStorage

Our website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, ad pixels, or similar tools. We only use:

  • browser localStorage — to remember that you have accepted the privacy notice (this information stays exclusively in your browser and is not sent anywhere),
  • technically necessary WordPress mechanisms — required for the website to function properly.

You can clear localStorage data at any time in your browser settings.

External Links

The website contains links to our profiles on external platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp (wa.me links). When you click such a link, you leave our website, and the operator of that platform becomes the controller of your data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy terms of those platforms.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated, for example when regulations or website features change. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. Material changes do not apply retroactively and do not limit your rights.

Contact

Do you have questions about your data or this policy? Write to us at kontakt@fotoroko.pl or call +48 504 744 423. We respond to all data protection inquiries without undue delay, and no later than within one month.
